Instructor Brian Marcos

Brian Marcos is the Deputy Fire Chief with Smyrna Fire Department (GA.), where he has served for 11 years. He has been a lead instructor with the Metro Atlanta Fire Firefighters Conference since 2014 and holds certifications as a Fire Instructor 1, Fire Department Executive (FOIV), Blue Card Command Certified, Georgia Smoke Diver, and Paramedic. He is a member of the Metro Atlanta Fire Chiefs Association and Georgia Association of Fire Chiefs. Brian holds an Associate's Degree in Fire Science and currently completing his BA in Fire Administration from Columbia Southern University.  Brian is a father to 3 children and has been married to his wife, Ashley, for 12 years.
