This class is designed to focus on thought processing, reaction, retention and arousal control. Utilizing techniques developed by the sporting industry, adapted to the military and law enforcement agencies, these techniques have been adapted specifically for the fire service in Developing High Performance.

Extreme Auto Extrication
8 a.m. — 5 p.m.
This 8-hour extrication class is not your regular extrication class. It is offered twice. Students will face multiple challenges at every turn forcing quick thinking and actions. Scenarios will include commercial vehicles, busses, passenger cars, and much more.
