Everything saws

This class is a must! No matter if you are a seasoned tech or a probationary just out of recruit school, This Class Is For You! Everything Saws For The Fire Service will go over in detail on the saws used in the fire service, maintenance and trouble shooting, body positioning, and more! This is not a forcible entry or roof ops class, although you will do both in this class, but an emphasis on saw usage and body positioning. Rotary Saws, Chain Saws, Reciprocating Saws, and Bandsaws will be gone over in great detail.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bunker gear, helmet, gloves

INSTRUCTOR: Julio Ramos is a twelve year student of the trade, working as a Lieutenat Paramedic for Orange County Fire Rescue Department in Central Florida. The last seven years he has been assigned to special operations. He is the co-administrator for East Coast Fire Tactics and is the owner and instructor for Fireground and Special Operations Concepts LLC. He is part of Florida’s USAR Task Force 4.

Julio is passionate in hazardous materials, forcible entry, VES and searches, and saw work, specifically, saw maintenance and usage. He believes in gaining technical knowledge as well as acquiring experience. He believes in the motto “Destiny Favors The Prepared.”
